Our goal is to provide quality, clean, well maintained apartment homes for our clients to enjoy. All of our properties are taken care of with pride by our maintenance team.


Helpful Notes

  • We ask all of our residents to be considerate of their neighbours at all times
  • We rent our apartments on a yearly lease basis
  • A security deposit will be required (half a months rent)
  • Pets are not allowed without special permission from management (sorry, but we do not allow dogs on any of our properties)
  • All of our buildings have secure entrances so you will always feel safe & secure in your new home
  • Lawn care and snow removal is taken care of
  • We have a 24-hour EMERGENCY answering service
  • We offer the option of biweekly rent payments through preauthorized automatic withdrawals.
